Small Business Planning and Management

The programme is suitable for aspiring and active entrepreneurs, small-business owners, project managers, specialists and career changers. Learners analyse markets and risks, shape a value proposition and business model, plan the launch of a company, build a financial model, organise core processes and defend a complete business plan.

The curriculum supports selected competences from the Estonian Small Entrepreneur, Level 5 occupational standard, but does not automatically confer a qualification or an EQF level. A micro-credential certificate may be issued only after the curriculum has received the required activity licence.
