If an upper-secondary school commissions a programme and wishes to recognise it as part of formal education, the school adds the course to its own curriculum, assigns its internal course code and decides how the learning is recognised under its own rules. The trainer’s name and a description of the qualifications, education or professional experience demonstrating competence are published with a specific public course offer before registration opens. For commissioned training, the trainer’s details are provided to the commissioning organisation before training begins.
